By placing an order, the Buyer declares and accepts unconditionally that his or her personal data is included in the Seller's database. The personal data will be kept in the seller's database as long as is necessary to running the business.

By placing an order, Customer / Purchaser agrees that the Seller may provide the Purchaser's personal data to its business partners in order to honor the order received from the Customer / Purchaser (transport companies, banks, etc.) or to settle a request from the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other competent authorities of the State, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and following explicit requests.
