Shipping policy

The orders will be ready for shipping within 3-5 business days when the Products purchased are paintings in stock. The custom orders will be ready in 3-5 business days from the final payment. All products are very well packaged with specific materials of good quality. Large paintings are shipped in wooden boxes and medium and small ones in cardboard boxes.

The delivery and any custom fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. The item(s) shall be shipped to the address listed in your order, so please make sure you fill in the correct address. Usually the shipping is made by Romanian Post with standard Priority service with tracking number. Other international courier companies are also approved.

At this time, the cost of transport is borne by the Seller which means that he offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.

Estimated transit time:

- Europe between 1-3 Weeks;

- Everywhere Else between 2-4 Week. 

ESTIMATED time and shipping times cannot be guaranteed! Customs checks, pandemic, bad weather, holidays or strikes may cause delays. The Seller is not responsible for any delay.

In the new global situation of COVID 19, it is possible that all orders to be delivered with delay. The Seller is trying to do its best to keep customers constantly informed regarding this matter.
